Know ye, that we, who have subscribed to these articles, have this day voluntarily associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a non-profit corporation under the provisions of the Laws of the Territory of Guam.

ARTICLE I
MEMBERSHIP
Section 1.
Membership of Chamorro Tribe, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Chamorro Tribe shall consist of:
(A) All Chamorro people who are living in the territorial limits as defined by .Article VI and who at the time of the ratification of this document, possesses one-fourth (1/4) or more Chamorro blood.
